Growing Information
Sow thinly in drills 13mm (½") deep and 15cm (6") apart. As the plants grow, thin to achieve a final spacing of 30cm (12") apart. When the plant is fully grown, usually 10-12 weeks after sowing, tie up the leaves with raffia or cover with a plant pot for blanching. Water the plants frequently during hot, dry weather. Sowing ? Cropping: 10-12 weeks. To blanch - cover with a pot to exclude light, or bunch outer leaves and tie.
