The Fleming Superfloat Grass Topper is designed for maintaining various types of landscapes, including parkland, sports fields, paddocks, and agricultural land. Key features include:
-Double Float System: This allows the blades to maintain an even cutting height at all times.
-Floating Top Link and Spring-Assisted Body Floatation: Provides bi-lateral movement for constant ground contact and an even cut. Minimizes stress resistance on the machine.
-Deck Construction: Fabricated in one piece from 3mm steel for durability. Fitted on a reinforced structural frame along the body for rigidity.
-Rotor System: Counter rotation of twin rotors. Heavy-duty boron steel rotor with free-floating boron steel fluted blades.
-Adjustable Cutting Height: The cutting height can be adjusted from 50 to 200mm.
-Hydraulic Features: Hydraulically converts from working to transport position. Spring-loaded safety latch in the transport position. Hydraulic breakaway for machine protection and operational speed.
-Gearbox and Driveline: Comer gearboxes with a straight drive line. Drive-line protected by rubber couplings. PTO over-run and shear bolt protection against rotor impact.
-Safety and Maintenance: Bolt-on safety guard for easy maintenance. Double jaw support lift arm brackets with cat. 2 lift arm pins.
